Zwetschenknödel - knedle sa šljivama
Ende Juli werden die richtigen Zwetschken reif. Sie sind klein, süß und aromatisch. Der eine oder andere würde aus ihnen vermutlich am liebsten Schnaps herstellen. Ich bevorzuge da Zwetschkenknödel oder Powidl.
